About MHHS
The Multicultural Helping House Society (MHHS) is a registered non-profit society and charitable organization dedicated to serving the needs of newcomers to Canada as well as its permanent residents and citizens.
Since 1996, MHHS has provided assistance to thousands of new immigrants, permanent residents and citizens in addressing their needs for settlement, employment, social services, skills enhancement, respite housing, legal assistance, and education services.
MHHS is well known for its ability to provide immediate assistance to individuals in crisis and those who are disadvantaged either due to language barriers, employment or social isolation.

MHHS can help. We offer free settlement and employment services to help eligible clients get settled, become part of the community, gain new skills, and find employment opportunities that will enable them to integrate successfully into Canadian society.

WOMEN'S PROGRAM
The Women’s Program supports time-limited projects that address systemic barriers to women’s equality in our society. The objective of the Women's Program is to achieve the full participation of women in the economic and social life of Canada.
For ages 55 years and older, the Seniors Program provides a comfortable and inviting space for seniors to socialize and meet new people, providing them an opportunity to gain social connections in the community that make a difference in the lives of seniors.

YOUTH WELLNESS PROGRAM
The Youth Wellness Program aims to support the mental and physical wellbeing of youth ages 13 to 25, through a variety of engaging workshops and activities to support and encourage the healthy growth of young people.
